All orders are packaged in sealed Mylar bags and we take extra measures to make sure that your package is discreet. There are no identifying marks as what your package contains. We use generic prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items.

Yes, your Shipping fee is waived with orders of $149.00 and up.

Verify your Tracking Number with Canada Post's website and if ever there is a mistake then please contact us. Mistakes do occur with shipments and they are mostly attibuted to human error. If this is the case, there may be a delay of 1-3 days.

Delivery time will depend on your location. Most packages are delivered in Canada within 2-3 business days. If you are located in a more remote location, this may take an additional 1-2 days.

We always email you a tracking number with all orders, however, if the tracking number has not been processed and scanned at Canada Post, you will not be able to track your order yet. Please be patient and wait until the end of the day to track your package on the website. Yes. We strive to make all of our customers happy and we understand that some customers may not want to sign for their package, however, we cannot insure your order if this option is not selected. You will see a check box at checkout to choose whether you want this option or not.
